Take the first step towards tranquillity & self control to create balance in your life.

I am a highly experienced counselling psychologist and psychotherapist committed to help you get the most out of life. With over 25 + years experience I build a trusting relationship with clients, providing an opportunity for self-reflection, self-understanding and growth in a confidential, supportive and non-critical environment.

I focus on how people function both personally and in their relationships. My work centres on typical life stressors and more severe issues with which people may struggle as individuals, groups (including couples and families) and organisations. I believe counselling will improve your sense of well-being, alleviate feelings of distress, resolve crises, and offer coping skills that may last a lifetime.

I work with individual clients of all ages such as children who have behavioural problems, adolescents with educational and career concerns or substance abuse problems, adults facing marital or family difficulties as well as career change and, finally, older adults facing retirement.

I also work with couples and am well versed in the common issues which bring couples to counselling. I provide counselling to both individuals and couples seeking to better understand their relationship patterns, working to de-escalate conflict cycles and to re-establish connection, thereby enabling a couple to express their underlying needs.

Additionally I work with groups to improve the personal and interpersonal functioning of group members. I consult with organisations and work groups to help provide a work environment in which people can succeed, increasing the ability of organisations to increase productivity and effectiveness.

My practice is conveniently located in the heart of  Sydney's eastern suburbs. As an experienced and trained psychologist I can help you:
